We are now open with Social Distancing measures in place, to ensure your shopping experience is as safe as possible.
'Tastebuds' our Tearoom has now reopened with Table and Seating at the required spacing for your safety
 opening hours
Monday to Saturday 9.00am – 5.00pm
Sunday 10:30am – 4:30pm
Keeping Us All Safe
Shopping will be a new experience than before. We kindly ask you to observe our social distancing measures when you visit. 
Facemasks will be advisable unless you have an exemption.
Customers who do not follow social distancing guidelines may be asked to leave.
When you Arrive 
Please use a Trolley when shopping this will assist you with Social Distancing and ease you through the checkouts 
Dogs are allowed but must be on a lead at all times , please use the patio area for refreshments , they are not allowed in the tea room itself.
Our Disabled Customers need to provide their own wheel chair as ours will not be available at present.  
Once in Side
Browsing we know is one of the passions  our customers enjoy, but in order to shop safely and reduce queuing, we encourage you  prepare for your visit in advance but listing your requirements. Please observe the 2 metre space markings and follow the directional arrows, which will help us keep everyone safe, and lead you to all parts of the store  as well as the outside plant areas, compost, pots and landscape materials sections.
Payment
Please push your trolley to the marked ‘trolley bay’ at the till point and step back behind the yellow line to allow a member of staff to safely scan your items. Our team will call you when they are back behind the Perspex Screen and are ready for you to pay.
Please use card or contactless payments whenever possible.
We will be able to redeem HTA Vouchers and Gift Cards

If you need assistance in taking goods to your car, please ask and a member of staff will help, always at a distance of 2 metres, of course.
